We are currently recruiting Telecommunication Technicians to join our VIC based team. This position is full time, with long term security for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be working alongside riggers as the ground team member in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications network systems.

Duties will include:

- Install wireless network equipment in the setup of new, or upgrade of existing telecommunication base stations, inclusive of RF, fibre and DC systems.
- Run and terminate cables, including coaxial, DC power, earth, optical fibre or hybrid.
- Undertake proof tests such as line testing, circuit commissioning and DC power tests.
- Analyse system faults with a high degree of diagnostic skill.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, design documents, product and client specifications, and implement/install equipment as per design, as well as propose changes for effective project delivery.
- Technically assist Riggers onsite to ensure installation back to equipment is correct, and simultaneously work with them in the planning, execution and completion of site works.
- Follow designated site access and safety protocols as specified to ensure protection of customer network operations and work in accordance with issued site safety documents including SWMS, JSA’s and other site-specific documents.

What you'll be doing;

• Mainly based on site in Scarborough, but with travel between several industrial sites (District Heating, Effluent Treatment and Steam Boilers) across East Yorkshire to carry out both planned preventative maintenance and additional reactive works
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers during planned services
• Ensuring all contractual service expectations are delivered for the customer, with occasional call out to customer houses
• Take an active role in reviewing on site documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, SOPs, COSHH, SDS, etc ensuring they are up to date
• Work with supervisors and other team members to ensure statutory maintenance is completed and sites are always compliant
• Engage with and contribute to monthly engineerings meeting to encourage continuous improvement within the area
• Helping to build a strong HSE culture by reporting near misses and safety concerns, supporting supervisors to investigate and close out any actions

What we're looking for;

• Qualified to HNC or ONC level (mechanical or electrical) preferred

You will be part of a team in a security firm specializing in supplying the latest security surveillance systems to the Asia Pacific region. Our client has gained a remarkable reputation for their high-performance equipment and comprehensive after-sales technical services.

As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for the following :-

• Be a part of Network Maintenance standby duty rotation that is assigned by the Team Lead.
• Achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) set for resolving single faulty cases. Meet these SLAs to maintain high level service quality.
• Provide 1st Level on-site Network Support to end-users.
• Attend to daily customers' issues reported when not on standby.
• Perform routine tasks to ensure the network's stability and prevent potential issues.
• Identify and resolve issues related to network.
• Manage the allocation of Media Access Control (MAC) and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to devices on the network.
• Apply software updates or patches to network devices and systems.

• Minimum Diploma Grad with Module in IT and has fundamental knowledge in Network.
• Communicates well and has good interpersonal skills.
• Capable to understanding and implement procedures and instructions given in operations manual.

• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate and willingness to support others.
• Have strong communications skills and ability to resolve issues or inquiries effectively.
• Able to work rotational shifts: 1st Shift (08:00 - 20:00 hours.) & 2nd Shift (20:00 - 08:00 hours).
• The successful applicants for this position should be ready to work primarily at Woodlands Checkpoint. However, they may also be assigned to work at Tuas checkpoint in the future on a rotational basis.

Mobile Vehicle Technician

- Basic Salary of up to £30,000.
- OTE of up to £34,000.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5:30/1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
- Work with a great client of ours in a varied vole.
- Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience as a Mobile Technician, LCV Technician, Car Technician or HGV Technician.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Vehicle Rental Company located in Penrith.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

The ideal Motor Trade Mobile Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the Mobile Vehicle Technician role.

Typical Duties as a Mobile Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic Requirements:

- A Fully Qualified Mobile Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Your job as a Mobile Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
- Your own Mobile Vehicle Technician tools.

The salary of this Mobile Vehicle Technician role is up to £30,000 basic.

Hours of work in this Mobile Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8-5:30/1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
