What a BPS SMB Business Development Manager does at HP:

• Gain superior understanding of the category business management and sales challenges and strategies.
• Actively contributes/leads the definition of the category SMB business plan.
• Drive SMB Growth Initiatives across SEA Countries
• Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force and other partners at senior level.
• Product line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the product range, or a specific customer segment.
• Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc).
• Leads a subset of the team. Leads overall engagement with one or several sales teams.
• Leads engagement partnership with external IT vendor.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• University or Bachelors degree in Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.
• Demonstrated Management/ Team leadership experience.
• IT industry knowledge and Multidimensional Business planning skills
• Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
• Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.
• Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices

• Handling projects with clients by extracting clients’ pain points, goals, and able to customize proposals based on clients’ needs
• Able to communicate clients’ needs to internal stakeholders
• Able to present company’s vision & mission and product offerings to clients
• Handle all necessary documents relating to the deal (including legal & financial documents)
• Manage clients data into a database based on deal stage and lifecycle
• Execute strategies and achieve OKR defined by the leaders
• Create data driven reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly), explaining sales performance, drivers, future recommendations/action items

- A undergrad or postgrad in Finance/Economics, Mathematics, Marketing or a related field.

- Prior work experience in a sales team in relevant industries. (Investment Forex, Futures, Cryptocurrency and Fintech).

- Strong knowledge & understanding of Forex market and trading, additional knowledge of cryptocurrencies will be a plus.

- Connections within the web3 companies and SMEs with payment/cross-border transaction needs.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Prefer fluent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Adapt to high-intensity work, demonstrate diverse cultural understanding and be efficient to work with different teams.

- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
