The Infrastructure Planning & Acquisition (IPA) team is responsible for the acquisition and planning of Data Center Infrastructure needed to build out Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. As part of IPA, the Land Acquisition Team is responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of Data Center real estate needed to build out Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.
As a Real Estate Analyst, you'll dive into the real estate market, providing crucial insights and analysis to expedite our land acquisition process. Reporting to the APAC Regional Director, you will be responsible for the research and analysis of real estate market information, supporting the team to expedite the land acquisition process in the APAC regions.
The position will focus on providing information to the Land Acquisition Managers to enable the team to accelerate the process and mitigate risk. You’ll engage external consultants and brokers and works with internal teams to provide information on parcels and participate with internal teams on driving the acquisition process forward.

As a Valuations Analyst Intern, you will be involved in one of the most important steps in renting and selling a property in Singapore — coming up with the pricing. Good pricing is a deciding factor for clients to choose whether to work with Propseller and for our chance to rent or sell their properties at the highest price.
Using our own methodology, you will gather information and data from multiple sources, put them in a professional and presentable format, and discuss the pricing with our Inventory Managers. These prices will be relied upon by our Real Estate Consultants and potential clients.
This internship opportunity will provide you with unique exposure to valuation analyses and prices of various types of residential properties in Singapore.

POSITION SUMMARY
This opportunity is with KKR’s Global Client Solutions team. They are looking to bring on a real estate product Analyst to work on covering any products / funds /platforms, etc. as they relate to real estate products across equity and credit globally. In this role you work on everything from raising, marketing and structuring funds, to maintaining an ongoing dialogue with investors as well as providing ongoing LP support. Analysts in this role also work closely with the deal teams to understand the current portfolio, deal pipeline and overall market dynamics.
Additional responsibilities include creating and updating marketing materials, quarterly LP presentations and other ad hoc deliverables. Analysts will participate in live fundraising for real estate products and will be heavily involved in the diligence process, where a number of requests can be rather technical in nature and the volume and cadence can be quite heavy and involved. Qualified candidates have a minimum of 1.5 years as an Analyst at an investment bank. The team is eager to meet team-oriented candidates with strong analytical backgrounds and keen attention to detail, outstanding oral and written communication skills, maturity, presence and sound judgment.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate typically will have ~1-3 years of experience with a background in investment banking, sales and trading or capital markets.
