About the team:
As a Business System Analyst I for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. This is an exciting position that will have you interacting with different lines of business across the company, and across different areas of financial services.
What you will be doing:
Providing general project support and status updates for ongoing initiatives
Providing configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud
Manage new tenant creation requests
Supporting the release cycle by performing basic feature validation to confirm things are set up correctly
Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities
Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities
Troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console
Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects
Responding/reacting to support requests from the lines of business, adhering to our internal SLA
Liaising with the help desk team leaders for minor support requests (suspensions, OTP resets, etc.)
Properly communicating ticket status to users and stakeholders, including senior leaders
Performing regular maintenance of user lists
Providing general system administrative duties
What you bring:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup (Twicea week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Stations, EDSA)
Will be on 8am to 5pm PH shift but must be amenable to shifting hours and working graveyard shift (supporting US based clients).
On call responsibility outside shift is normally expected on weekends and most of the time once a month only.
College Undergraduates and Non-Bachelor Degree holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of standard SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC) would be preferred, but not required
Solid verbal and written communication skills-- you'll be communicating to large audiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects/activities concurrently-- you thrive in chaos!
General technical acumen-- you know how the Web works.
