• Compile and tabulate monthly reports for timely submission.
• Assist in refining workflows and standard operating procedure across various functions in Operations.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and feedback when required.
• Liaise with key customers on documentation matters and follow-ups.
• Handle filing, documentation and administrative duties.
• Support the Quotz team in its day-to-day operations.
• Any adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma holders welcome to apply.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with Powerpoint and Word.
• Meticulous, well organized, have an eye for detail and numbers.
• Experience in sales tabulation and management reporting will be highly advantageous.
• A team player but also able to work independently.
