We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Industry Manager, Sales & Operations Planning, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia as a regional individual contributor. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Strategy and Operations vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll be the bridge between business and advertising technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to maximize revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Planning & Execution
- Responsible for the Sales Operations, applications and tools’ integration, framework, strategy and roadmap
- Accountable for the sales planning exercises, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional and partnerships teams
- Design and set up sales metrics and sales models based on strategic objectives
- Set up Salesforce SOP by evaluating existing booking practices and methodologies and explore opportunities for improvements
- Partner with various internal teams, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Data/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improved productivity
- Work closely with Marketing team to explore methods to support lead generation process such as using CRM tools and Salesforce
- Oversee the sales funnel through salesforce; track, measure and report accurately. Optimise the sales process to drive efficiency for partnerships teams
- Drive adoption of sales processes, SOP, SLA, best practices, forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions through training and roadshows
- Owner of sales data accuracy and integrity
- Participate and contribute to the Advertising & Partnerships team’s growth and research projects
Analysis
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
- Track and report monthly sales revenue VS targets to provide data analysis on identifying business gaps and recommendation for improvement
- Take ownership of sales metrics such as inventory utilisation rate, forecast, sales pipeline, sales realisation and recurring rate and ROI
- Analyse, identify and build management dashboards to provide visibility on the health of the Advertising & Partnerships business and track other areas of growth opportunity
