Job Responsibilities
- Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards end users and retail partners based on regional Brand strategy, Marketing concepts and specific āPā guidelines in close cooperation with all local Business Unit marketing manager
- Delivers excellence in execution and optimization of Revenue, Engagement, Activity, and Conversion (REACT) KPIs in the country.
- FOCUS: Overarching Owner of the user journey in the country - orchestration
Job Tasks
- Plan & execute the User Journey Management Lifecycle (from insights to mapping to actions & tracking) to ensure holistic implementation (focus on Business Unit (BU) Marketing Concepts) in countries across the entire user journey
- Ensure the local budget is allocated along the user journey optimizing Return on Investments (ROIs) according to regional concepts and plans
- Execute and monitor implementation of growth measures (Key Growth Drivers) - focus particular on successful implementation & execution of marketing concepts - in the country according to Revenue, Engagement, Activity, and Conversion (REACT) framework
- Lead marketing manager team in Country Sales Organization (CSO)
- Coordination with local sales, regional touchpoint owners and key stakeholders
