Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular reviews of insurance products and providers to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.

· Offer coaching and training sessions to Sales Advisers on insurance products and industry updates.
· Ensure compliance with all regulations set by PromiseLand Independent and external regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
· At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on A&H and Life insurance products.
· Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
· Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ChFC, CPF, CLU) are a plus.
