We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Executive for Short Courses and Customised Courses, you will be responsible for driving business development, sales, and marketing efforts for both short courses and customised courses. Additionally, you will oversee the team's marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development, sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue for short courses
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new course offerings and opportunities for expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
• Excellent business development, sales, and marketing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the continuing education and training industry.
• Experience in using marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in managing others is preferred.
