We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to work within the Estates & Facilities Division working directly to the Divisional Director and as such we are looking to appoint a highly motivated and conscientious individual to work as a Support Services - Transformational Change Manager.
An individual who has extensive experience of process methodologies and change management but also proven direct delivery of these changes in an operational position. This post works across the Division supporting wider change but also has core operational service responsibilities across fleet, transport and directly manage the contract relationship with the contractor for bed management whilst directly managing the internal bed function. The postholder will also provide leadership to the Contract and Commercial team within the Division to support integration of the respective Divisional priorities into the work of the Contracts & Commercial team

• To provide leadership to the Contract and Commercial team within the Division to support integration of the respective Divisional priorities into the work of the Contracts & Commercial team
• To manage the Fleet function within the Division supporting the management of Divisional and wider organisation fleet vehicles
• Ensure the organisational approach to decarbonisation is embedded in all actions undertaken within the managers function and support approaches to decarbonisation.
• Directly manage the contract relationship with the ‘beds’ provider whilst directly managing the internal bed function
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
