Job Description of Quality Assurance Analyst
1. Review requirements and specifications documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
2. Responsible for creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts. Ensure that test coverage is sufficient.
3. Perform testing, report and track defects found.
4. Follow up with developers/stakeholders until all found defects during testing are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Provide test execution reports and statuses on a daily and weekly basis.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Job Requirement.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- A good understanding on structured test process and/or framework is a must.
- Experience in either static review, performance testing, test automation, API testing, security testing and / or usability testing is an added advantage.
- ISTQB certification is an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
