Responsibilities:

• Innovative Product Development: Lead the development of new products from ideation to launch, ensuring they resonate with market demands and company objectives.
• Menu Enhancement: Craft and refine a diverse drinks menu that stands out in the competitive F&B landscape, catering to niche market segments.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and operational insights to guide beverage development initiatives.
• Costing and Formulation: Establish cost structures for new formulations and oversee the preparation of food tasting sessions, iterating rapidly to refine products.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, QA/QC, Marketing, and Supply Chain to streamline product development processes and ensure successful launches.
• Supplier Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and partners, maintaining strong communication and rapport to support R&D initiatives.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing on product stability, shelf-life, and compliance with Halal requirements and health regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Investigate and address product complaints or feedback, maintaining up-to-date SOP documentation and facilitating knowledge sharing.

 

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&B chain/retail or F&B product development, with a focus on coffee-related industries preferred.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute new methods, with strong sensory skills for product benchmarking and development.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, with a good understanding of ingredient formulation and development principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay, proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating responsiveness and collaboration.
• Problem-solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to think creatively and develop solutions to enhance product offerings.
• Autonomous Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Job description:

- Assist the company in their annual Par dividend review, focusing on system implementation and project management.

1. Working with related parties for user request/UAT/deploying dividend changes to company’ core system and illustration tools.
2. Act as actuarial representative in the respective working group ensuring adherence to project timeline/plan.
3. Work closely with Par Fund management team in bonus-related investigations, and project documentations.

Job requirements:

- Min A level/Diploma

- Experience in actuarial field with knowledge in Participating products, related SG local regulations and hand-on experiences in system implementation for bonus revision exercise.
- Prioritization, project and timeline management skills.
