Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct IT audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.
• Assist to develop audit program and prepare audit work documentation as guided by the Internal Audit’s documentation standard to support audit conclusion and results.
• Prepare and discuss audit findings with relevant departments and develop practical, value added recommendations to address the root cause of the issues identified.
• Monitor and follow-up to ensure agreed improvement plans are timely implemented.
• Involvement in the Company’s J-SOX assessment process and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements :

• Degree or relevant professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information System Auditing / Security.
• A minimum of 4 years of IT audit / IT security experience.
• Good organisational and analytical skills, and possess strong sense of ownership to complete assigned tasks, audits within the stipulated timeframe.
• Good command of English with good report writing and communication skills.
• A good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives, and good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and improve the internal control system closely following the business development, conduct regular risk assessment and special investigation from the business perspective, formulate annual internal control work oriented by business strategy and risk, identify major risks, formulate coping strategies and solutions, and promote the implementation of key control activities

2. Execute or lead the team to carry out large-scale and complex business and financial internal control work or projects, promote the implementation of the company's policies, systems and processes, and train relevant personnel of the company to ensure the effective implementation of the internal control system in the company

3. Strengthen the risk monitoring mechanism, formulate data-driven key risk indicators, monitor relevant risk levels against risk preferences, and promote continuous optimization of risk management capabilities in a large scale manner

4. Follow up the risks and control problems found internally and externally, analyze the essence of the problems, cooperate with relevant departments to optimize and improve, and establish a continuous risk monitoring mechanism to promote the improvement of relevant internal control effects.

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of internal control/compliance/audit/risk management experience in payment and other internet/financial industries, and/or internal control/risk management department consultation in the four major financial industry groups, successful project implementation is preferred

2. Experience in risk management or systematic construction by using data-based methods, data analysis, IT audit, proficiency in SQL, etc. are preferred

3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)CICPA or ACCA professional qualification or registered Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is preferred

4. Have a holistic view, communication and coordination, independent analysis and judgment ability, strong learning ability and self-driving ability

5. Excellent oral and written English (English and Chinese) and good interpersonal communication skills

6. Have skilled computer application skills, familiar with various main financial systems.

GoGlobal is looking for an Accounting/Finance Specialist who can provide and manage clients’ management support services. Based on the information gathered from our clients, Accounting/Finance Specialist is responsible for monthly closing, quarterly closing, year-end closing and review, prepare VAT report and assisting with various tax returns, including drafting supporting documents for Corporate Income Tax return.

Accounting/Finance Specialist can accurately understand and use the relevant software efficiently and handle sensitive information such as financials of the client with confidence. You can also communicate directly with the client or point of contact to resolve the issues arising from daily operations. The goal is to provide overall accounting and finance support to global clients.

Roles & Responsibilites

• Collect monthly transaction information from clients
• Submit monthly closing reports or provide direct input to clients’ ERP
• Review closing report of channel partners, and convert to local closing data
• Consolidate details for quarterly VAT returns, and prepare VAT reports which are to be submitted to local tax agent for filing
• Issuance and collection of VAT tax invoices (Only for clients engaged for related services)
• Consolidate and prepared documents for Corporate Income Tax filing and submit to local tax agent for tax adjustments
• Bank transaction administration/Treasury assistance (Only for clients engaged for related services)
• All other back-office supports related to accounting/finance/tax matters

• Proven experience as accounting/tax specialist or manager
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and closing process
• Very good knowledge of tax legislations and compliance matters of the field
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Duzone, Wehago, SAP, Oracle, Xero, NetSuite, MS Dynamics and etc) and proficiency with handling databases
• Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Diploma or above – Major in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
