Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IT helpdesk support, hardware setups, etc
• Server Administration and Network/Firewall/VPN maintenance
• Manage and configure POS and ERP system settings
• Support and manage store opening projects across multiple regions
• Liaise with HQ IT for all group initiatives, protocols and systems implementation

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with 3 – 5 years or more working experience
• Good experience in Windows, Networking and Firewall administration, maintenance and technical support
• Must have experience working in Retail and/or F&B industry.
• Must have working experience in at least one POS and/or ERP systems
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
• Good communications and problem-solving skill
• Team player and be independent in executing work-related jobs.
• Occasional travelling might be required

Job Description: Assistant IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, work with key business stakeholders to incorporate IT applications and operation processes with technology solutions.
• Project management, tracking, monitoring and status reporting to stakeholders. Defining deliverables, resources and workplans for projects. Ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Assist the department head in organising, planning and implementing IT strategies.
• Ensure that all networks (including internet and wireless), systems, security and application infrastructure are running efficiently.
• Responsible for tasks related to IT operations, governance and risk management.
• Manage a team to ensure smooth running of daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues, fulfilment of requests and provision of IT related information.
• Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure deliverables, cost effectiveness and timeliness of services/ products.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience with IT Infrastructures and application support.
• Experience in Point of Sales (POS) and ERP systems like SAP and Navision/MS Dynamics is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in IT infrastructure areas which includes Microsoft 365 Implementations and Deployments, Directory Services (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory), messaging and collaboration technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams), Network infrastructure (e.g. LAN and WAN network routing). Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS cloud infrastructure would be advantageous.
• Experience in setting up ticketing systems like JIRA, DevOps, etc
• Candidates proficient in Mandarin and French are preferred to support openings in North Asia and Europe.
• Process-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, meticulous and attention to details.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support different projects simultaneously and respond to changing deadlines and priorities.
• Performance-driven balanced with ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, proactive, demonstrates ability to achieve results, excellent customer handling skills and teamwork.

• Perform routine monitoring and resolve basic issues according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow through the escalation process as necessary
• Track and manage all incidents to closure within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Perform data management and documentation duties to ensure accuracy of records
• Generate and prepare reports
• Source for viable vendors and request for quotations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on projects to ensure timely delivery
• Identify opportunities for the automation of day-to-day operational processes such as data collection and tracking
• Design and implement automation solutions
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
