We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development specialist to be part of our HR team. You will mainly focus on end-to-end recruitment activities and support in L&D, ensuring the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition (TA):
· Support in the full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening including onboarding & offboarding
· Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective assessment techniques
· Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure smooth recruitment process
· Support and participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
· Execute the onboarding process to ensure positive and seamless experience for new hires
· Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information
· Handle work pass matters including application, issuance, renewals and cancellations
· Support in HR activities and projects and/or initiatives such as employee engagement and welfare activities
Learning & Development (L&D):
· Work closely with business leaders in all functions to identify organizational training needs and training interventions in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth
· Design and deliver training programmes that align with the company's goals and objectives
· Support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs for workforce retention and leadership succession
· Conduct HR relevant trainings to employees
· Utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tools to deliver and track training
· Tracking and analysing training metrics and outcomes to measure the impact of learning initiatives
· Work closely with HR team to develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Job Requirements
· Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
· At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
· Proven experience in talent acquisition and L&D support role
· Strong interpersonal, communications skills, and a team player
· Creative, innovative and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
