The Training Executive serve as the point of contact between the Institute and prospective students and ensures overall smooth operations of the Institute. The incumbent identifies and educates prospective students on the programmes available and supports clients by providing information and assistance with closing.

Job Description

• Identify, build and manage sales pipeline and business relationships
• Drive the entire sales cycle – from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure
• Consult with prospects and pursue sales opportunities to close the deals effectively
• Conduct regular scan and report on competitors, industry/sectorial trends and government initiatives
• Regularly review and refresh programme sales pitches
• Handle and follow up on enquiries related to programmes, curriculum, sales, administrative and tech issues
• Provide support during company / participating events
• Run advertisements on social media platforms
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Passion in promoting lifelong learning and employability
• Prior sales or customer service experience in education industry will be advantageous
• Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills
• Basic skills in PowerPoint, Word and Google applications
• Bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese languages to handle different customer groups
• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline(s)
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive working attitude and ability to work in a team

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Help out with discipline cases (e.g. manning in-school suspension and detention classes).

- Patrol the school.

- Monitor students who are performing school service and after school learning support programme.

- Maintain a database of student latecoming records.

- Monitor Students who are required to return to school for learning support programme during school holidays.

- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Talent Acquisition (TA):

· Support in the full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening including onboarding & offboarding

· Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective assessment techniques

· Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure smooth recruitment process

· Support and participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

· Execute the onboarding process to ensure positive and seamless experience for new hires

Learning & Development (L&D):

· Design and deliver training programmes that align with the company's goals and objectives

· Support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process and talent engagement programs for workforce retention and leadership succession

· Conduct HR relevant trainings to employees

· Utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tools to deliver and track training

· Tracking and analysing training metrics and outcomes to measure the impact of learning initiatives

· Work closely with HR team to develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates

Job Requirements

· Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field

· At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

· Proven experience in talent acquisition and L&D support role

· Strong interpersonal, communications skills, and a team player

· Creative, innovative and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
