Responsibilities
Review current processes and policies in place and ensure that corresponding processes and policies are in alignment across the board.
Create and/or make updates to existing processes and policies by showing reference to the employment act, any MEF related case studies and/or with employee experience in mind.
Participate in projects where you have an in-depth understanding of organizational development, performance management and succession planning.
Act as an advisor / consultant to our people team by always providing facts and data to make improvements.
You are also a change management expert that can come up with customized change management strategies depending on situations.
Perform valid and reliable market research on HR best practices and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations to enhance employee experience.
