工作介紹：

• 為營運培訓經理提供支持，以根據營運的培訓和發展計劃設計、交付和管理營運的培訓計劃
• 分析員工的培訓需求，制定培訓計劃，提高他們的專業知識、技能和績效
• 隨時了解外部提供的計劃並在需要時提出建議
• 編制並維護員工所接受的營運訓練清單
• 對所有營運培訓計劃進行培訓後評估，並採取必要行動糾正培訓方法或內容中的任何缺陷
• 透過使用來自網路和培訓供應商或顧問的可用資料，為營運相關係統起草使用者友善的培訓手冊

工作要求：

• 至少擁有任何相關領域的學士學位，最好是人力資源管理、心理學、工商管理
• 1-2年相關經驗，人力資源/員工培訓與發展
• 優先考慮有物流/運輸業或跨國公司工作經驗
• 較強的英語書面溝通能力
• 注重細節，分析統計信息，根據事實和數據做出決策
• 產生新想法、創新、喜歡創意、思考原創解決方案
• 享受與人互動，並且必須能夠說服他人某種方法或想法的價值
