We are seeking an experienced and culturally astute In-House Regional Creative Manager to join Four Seasons growing creative department, focusing on the APAC region. As the Regional Creative Manager, you will be responsible for driving creative initiatives that resonate with the region's unique cultural nuances and preferences. Reporting to the Global Vice President of Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's creative direction and ensuring consistent excellence across APAC markets.
Job Descriptions:
1) Regional Creative Strategy
· Develop and execute regional creative strategies aligned with the brand's global vision.
· Integrate brand messaging, aesthetics, and storytelling within the APAC market.
· Adapt creative concepts to resonate with local relevancy while maintaining brand integrity.
2) Regional and Local Cultural Understanding
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of APAC region's diverse cultures, trends, and consumer behaviors.
· Customize creative concepts and campaigns to resonate with local preferences.
3) Team Leadership
· Build, lead and inspire a small team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
· Support the growth and development of team members.
4) Art Direction and Design
· Provide clear direction to deliver high-quality visual and written content across various mediums.
· Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
· Hands-on graphic design with elevated aesthetics and taste.

Professional Qualifications:
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders globally and regionally.
· Demonstrated understanding of APAC cultural nuances, market trends, and consumer preferences.
· Proven leadership and team management skills, inspiring creative teams to deliver outstanding results.
· Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business objectives and regional requirements.
· Track record of managing creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets.
· Budget management experience, including resource allocation and vendor management.
· Analytical mindset, leveraging performance metrics and consumer insights to inform creative decisions.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative management role, with a focus on the APAC region.
Travel: As required.
