As an Associate Director in Transaction Banking and Sales (TBS) for Bank customers, the role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic planning skills, ruthless prioritisation and commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions and drive long-term client satisfaction with correspondent bank customers across CBA’s international network.
You will grow correspondent banking volumes each year in line with team objectives and manage economic returns while always employing sound risk and financial crime compliance management disciplines. You will work closely with your teammates in New York, London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Auckland to provide seamless cross-border connectivity across CBA’s network and drive service excellence with the world’s largest banks.
