JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as Food Manufacturing Assistant Production Manager
• Have in depth understanding and working experience with HACCP, GMP, FSSC or ISO standards
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, be self-motivated, safety conscious, detail oriented, able to multi-task, ambitious, and have a leader and coaching mentality
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Proficient in Microsoft skills
