Oversee and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, including but not limited to TikTok, RedMart, Shopee, and Xiao Hong Shu.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, attractive visuals, and optimal positioning to drive sales.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely restocking and fulfillment of orders.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and performance of our products on various e-commerce channels.
Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content and campaigns to promote products online.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in other e-commerce-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail industry.
Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, RedMart, Shopee, and Xiao Hong Shu.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, (both English and Mandarin language ) with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
