Responsibilities:-

1. Provide administrative support to the various Sections of the Department in events and programmes

2. Assist in the fixed assets verification exercise of the Department (Oct 2024 – Mar 2025)

3. Assist in the student club mentoring work such as facilities booking, clubroom inspection, first aid training logistics, administrating LAMs, etc.

4. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:-

· At least a tertiary education (in any discipline). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Organized, detailed-oriented, versatile and good interpersonal skills

Possess initiative with ability to multi-task and able to work independently with a proactive & positive attitude and minimal supervision

Working Hours

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Renumeration

$2,300 per month

The role:

Design, develop, deploy and embed end-to-end analytics solutions that intelligently leverage data for commercial outcomes, enabling data-driven decision-making throughout Auto & General.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the Data Analytics space and wanting to progress in their careers. This role will be based in our Toowong Head Office.


Accountabilities:

As part of a team of analytics specialists, design, develop, deploy and embed end-to-end development of analytics solutions (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive), working in partnership with commercial teams and decision-makers
Build and sustain an applied understanding of business operations within a particular domain/business area of Auto & General, translating this into a strong understanding of data, systems and decision-making processes
Maintain a continual cadence of automated analytics solution delivery, aligned to business strategy and priorities, and focused on strengthening decision-making at all levels
Support the growth of data acumen and self-service analytic solutions throughout Auto & General, providing training and support as solutions are embedded
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Auto & General’s systems and processes, considering the role of data in systems and process design


Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

Data science, actuarial science, mathematics or computer science qualification (or relevant experience)
Commercial acumen, using data to solve complex business problems and inform decision-making at all levels
Strong customer orientation and business acumen, demonstrated through the ability to translate business operations into powerful data solutions
Analytic solution development expertise using cloud-based data analytics platforms to deliver self-service analytics solutions and/or real-time decision services, preferably with multi-lingual development experience
Self-driven learner, with a strong appetite for data innovation

Reporting to the Deputy Chairman, Medical Board (Continuity Care Disciplines), the Senior / Manager is responsible for strategic planning and driving the development of new care integration initiatives undertaken by the office. The Senior / Manager will also be responsible for seeking out appropriate community and industry partners in support of the development of new care integration initiatives and established programmes undertaken by the office. He/she will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to communicate population health initiatives and corresponding changes in operational practices, to ensure maximal adoption within the institution.

The roles and responsibilities of the Senior / Manager includes:

• To engage CGH’s internal clinical and operational business units from SingHealth institutions and MOH/AIC to identify care integration needs, conceptualise, develop and implement new initiatives.
• To manage and guide fact-finding, population health database and predictive tool development to enable business units to develop appropriate actionable measures to right site patients to appropriate care setting.
• To monitor established programmes and to work closely with programme managers to ramp up programmes and ensure their continued relevance.
• To identify, engage and build strong partnerships with community healthcare services and partners including Primary Care, SACs, allied health and home nursing services and other relevant social services and community-based organizations.
• To facilitate building of capabilities of primary and community care partners through identification and implementation of key programmes and initiatives. To identify workable operational models to achieve eventual benefit of the patient.
• To identify, engage and build strong partnerships with appropriate and relevant industry partners in seeking novel and financially-viable options of implementing new care integration initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

a. Educational / Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 10 - 12 years relevant experience in healthcare

b. Relevant Experience

• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials would be an added advantage
• Excellent project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
