Store Layout and Design Implementation:
- Responsible to deliver high-quality feasibility site layouts; mall plans; store layouts; design implementation packs as per store development programme using applications such as AutoCAD/ Revit / Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator etc.;

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to Partner with World Wide Marketing Spend Portfolio Management team under the Chief Operating Officer.

How You Will Spend your Day:

• Partnership with Finance teams: You will partner with Spend Analysts and budget owners in analyzing areas for potential spend savings and recommending solutions for effectively managing their spend

• Financial analysis: You will provide monthly reporting around spend and assist in providing ad-hoc analyses to help support business decisions

• Driving process improvement: You will recommend and lead improvements to deliver high-quality results as well as implement new standards/processes across the World Wide Marketing Spend Finance team

Responsibilities

• Help drive the quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles for specific business units within the World Wide Marketing Organization

• Lead and support quarter-end activities, including preparing accruals, reporting landing positions, consolidating, and submitting group forecasts, and act as a liaison with other finance, HR, and business team members

• Support headcount & contractor forecasting, processing, tracking, and reconciliation preparation

• Partner with the other team members participating in, and leading, various projects focused on efficiencies, including building new models, revamping existing processes, and prepare ad-hoc analyses

• Identify and communicate business opportunities, provide recommendations, and give feedback to others

• Continuously cross train with other team members on other areas to expand knowledge and provide vacation coverage

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor/master’s degree in finance. Master of Business Administration, CA/CPA preferred but not mandatory

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in forecasting and financial modeling

• Exposure to SAP/SAP4 HANA, Workday, Anaplan, Power BI preferable

• Ability to build and maintain trust with team members and stakeholders

• High attention to detail and desire to drive process improvements

• Effective & concise communicator, both written and verbal

• Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with a variety of non-financial stakeholders

• Advanced Excel skills

• Adept with new technologies and tools, including dashboards, financial modeling software, and automation tools (Anaplan, Power BI, Power Query, etc.)

• Experience with SAP, BPC and Business Objects is a plus

This role sits in Visa’s Bengaluru ATR team, which is responsible for supporting the accounting and finance operations of the Visa business functions and corporate accounting activities for Visa. The team is part of the broader Global Controllership function within Global Finance. This role will be responsible for accounting activities including month-end close, as well as analysis including research of technical accounting issues.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP, the ability to implement processes to improve operational efficiency, work with cross-functional teams, and handle analysis related to operational accounting issues, all with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

• Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and recording financial transactions, as well as reporting this information.

• Administration of the c-form approval process, which coordinates finance and executive approval for capital and other IT related expenses.
  • Receiving c-form requests from across the company. Working with expense owner to ensure forms are filled out accurately and in compliance with c-form policy.
