Job Responsibilities
- Follow the company SOP to do, handle full set account & tax work, and activities
Review and check all company finance related reports, claims and transaction based on the company policy & procedures
- Familiar with finance, account management framework, processes, internal cost controls to run a strategic management on the organisation’s risk exposure in relation filed of finance, costing, credit risks, foreign exchange rate, accounting system, other related areas across the company.
- Any ad-hoc account job task may be instructed from time to time by director, authorized personnel of company.
- Have a very good know-how in taxes, auditing and full set accounting system.
- Ensure that all periodic reports are promptly done and follow properly submitted to the relevant authorities and properly units
Job Requirements
- Candidate should have work experience in related fields
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proficient in Mandarin, English
- Must be know read & write in Mandarin
- Have good communication skills, initiative, able to handle work pressure, teamwork spirit, multi-tasking.
- Able travel between KL & Klang
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
Candidate’s requirements:
- Candidate must possess either a Professional certificate or bachelor’s degree in accountancy/Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
- At least SPM, Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other related accounting field with 3 years working experience.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadline and timely deliverable.
- Required skill(s): SAP and SQL accounting system will be added advantage.
- A team player who is self-motivated, independent.
- Required language: English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin client, vendor, stakeholder) 所需语言：英语、马来语和华语.
