- Maintain and update debtors and creditors control account
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement;
- Perform physical stock check with Warehousing Dept
- Follow-up with HQ & associate companies on all Finance related matters
- Receive invoices / bills, update and monitor Accounts Payable summaries timely
- Check and/or prepare payment requisitions/ vouchers for approval according to the approved cash flow and payment schedule(s)
- Minimum SPM, with 2-3 years experience in Finance / Accounts works
