Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of financial modelling experience in the banking/refinancing industry.
• Non-experienced candidates with relevant internship/other work experience will also be considered.
• Great proficiency in financial modelling.
• Familiar with MS Office suits in particular Excel.
• Comfortable with going on overseas business trips when required.

Job Description

Job Purpose
Perform and Support LNG SPC’s daily accounting duties

Duties and Responsibilities
Define the activities, functions, and area of accountability for the job.
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivable and payables processes, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation, etc.
- Checking the suppliers’ invoice and update in the payment list.
- Prepare the payment (such as online banking remittance, manual application forms).
- Timely and accurately update the transactions (income/ expense) in cash book.
- Arrange the soft / hard copies filing on time.
- Arrange the documents sending to third parties (banks, corporate secretary, tax agent, government authority).
- Accurate and timely data entry to accounting system and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Liaise with internal and external parties (such as auditor, corporate secretary, tax agent and suppliers) as and support in audit and tax queries.
- Assist in monthly quarterly and closing accounts (prepare journal for accrual, prepayment, depreciation, etc).
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including intercompany transaction.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and management.

Job Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- 1 years working experience in accounting
- Experience in book-keeping is necessary
- Experience in preparing financial statements is preferable.
- Familiar with IFRS and SFRS
- Time-management abilities, fast learner, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn
- Good team player with positive working attitude
