As our Assurance Facilitator you’ll play an important role by working closely with our Operational Assurance Manager, and other subject matter experts within the company to coordinate and facilitate assurance-related customer requests.
Her you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and collaboration between NEXTDC and its customers for all assurance-related engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers initiating audit requests, providing clear and timely communication and support throughout the audit process.
- Coordinate and schedule audit activities, including onsite visits, interviews, document reviews, and access requests, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Gather and compile the necessary documentation, records, and other evidence requested by customers for audit purposes, ensuring, compliance, accuracy and completeness.
- Consult with the relevant teams (including Risk and Compliance, Legal, Engineering) to ensure the delivery meets internal and external compliance requirements, including industry standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all communication with customers, including documentation trail, tracking progress, findings, and action items to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide regular updates and status reports on progress to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Security, Safety, Facility Operations, Information Technology, Customer Success, Risk and Compliance, and Legal, to address findings, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
