Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand values and objectives.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, to highlight our PUSH programs and sustainable practices.
- Cultivate a vibrant online community through active engagement, customer interaction, and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
- Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or sustainability sector.
- Strong creative vision with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools, content creation tools, graphic design software, and video editing tools and platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok, Linkedin, Twitter (X)).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.
- A team player with effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
