Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the full set of accounts, which includes Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, General Ledger, account reconciliation, and other related duties in the retail/manufacturing industry.
Prepares and maintains performance sheets of sales, costs, and profit & loss.
Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
Liaises with regulatory bodies for matters relating to tax (Corporate income tax/withholding tax/goods and services tax/sales services tax) and secretarial matters.
Prepares and coordinates the audit process and tax submissions.
Ensures that all accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies and that accounting standard procedures follow related statutory and tax requirements.
Manages the company's forecast and budget.
Analyses and recommends SOP and seeks areas of improvement.
Handles daily accounting work such as maintaining the company's accounting records, filing and making payments, as well as checking all payments.
Performs any other accounting duties assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements:
Professional qualifications/diploma/degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task.
Self-motivated and able to perform independently.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in account-related work.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of SQL accounting software is required.
Being able to start immediately/on a short notice period is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic procedures assigned to the nurse department.
Respond and assist the team during clinical emergencies ( medical and non-medical).
Report directly to physicians any life-threatening abnormalities
Provide health education to patients when needed.
Handling all procedure requests by the clinical information system.
Ensure all the equipment is well handled and maintained.
Percepting and mentoring junior staff nurses.
Participate in the health screening event arranged by the marketing team.
Perform monthly nurse department stock checks.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Ensure all the related documents are well recorded and filled. Develop and maintain a filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Maintain contact lists.
Book travel arrangements.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior marketing to handle requests and queries from managers.
Attend internal and external training assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as a Clinic assistant.
