- Executive of marketing plans and strategies to promote company’s properties and services to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in assigned sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and stations at the sales gallery as assigned.
- Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and interdepartmental teams for timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.
- Monitor and track the sales process for efficient closing and documentation within set time frames and after-sales services.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

1) To assist superior on project planning, define project scope, set project milestones, and ensure successful execution of the project.
2) To conduct feasibility studies / cost estimation, conceptual design, design development and construction management.
3) To review and check through the content of draft tender documents and BQ for standardization, improvement and correctness.
4) To follow-up with Local Authorities and external departments on all submission and granting approvals within stipulated timelines.
5) To assist superior to coordinate, liaise and attend meeting with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
6) To check and ensure the progress claims made by contractors are in order.
7) To ensure any variation of work and the statement of final accounts are in order and completed within stipulated timelines.
8) Keeping of necessary records and job files and maintain good administration records control.
9) To support other departments on technical issues, sales & marketing and handover of projects.
