• Ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.
• Uphold the quality control in food and beverage products sold in the shop.
• Ensure shops comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the company, safety & health standards as well as quality standards.
• Ensure the clean and tidy within the shop, not only dining area but also inside the kitchen area.

About the role
We are seeking a Branch Manager to join one of our Lincoln Sentry Branches located in Bundaberg QLD.
As a Branch Manager for Lincoln Sentry, you will support its smooth and efficient running through a range of customer, staff, and sales focused responsibilities.
Day to day youll be working closely with our close knit, passionate team on the shop floor - selling and promoting our range of products to achieve sales targets. You will work 40 hours per week, 8:00am 4:30pm Monday Friday.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in cleaning industry or related fields.
• Senior executive or assistant manager roles.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be computer literate in basic IT skills such as Office and Email.
• Must be able to embrace new technology with the aim of efficiency
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability, professionalism and positive attitude and show willingness to learn.
