Wiz Technologies is looking for Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our organisation’s operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements and perform vendor risk assessments
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Evaluate and assess strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies that drive process automation and improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT field
• Strong technical knowledge of network and server operating system
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

1. Plans, directs and monitors the cleaning operations team.

2. Oversees the management of resources on project sites.

3. Develops cleaning operational plans and manage service contracts and incidents related to cleaning operations.

4. Prepare work method statement and Risk Assessment for all scopes

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in cleaning industry or related fields.
• Senior executive or assistant manager roles.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be computer literate in basic IT skills such as Office and Email.
• Must be able to embrace new technology with the aim of efficiency
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability, professionalism and positive attitude and show willingness to learn.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
