We are looking for experienced Butchers to run our Butchery Departments like their own business. This is an exciting role where you will work with customers to develop their business, understand your local market and provide them with great service.
This role gives you the flexibility to run a butchery business without the financial risk. We want someone who has good product knowledge of all meat proteins, who is self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
Maintaining high standards in all areas including; stock, food safety procedures including recording information, fresh meat and pre-packed meat displays, staff morale and customer satisfaction
You will work alongside the Store Manager to develop a business plan that will support the growth in sales and profitability of your department
Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, accepting orders, and offering helpful advice with a smile
Ordering and managing stock - including stocktaking
Effectively developing and managing a small team including staff rota’s
Cutting meat to order
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
Coordinating deliveries or order pickups
Controlling waste

SUMMARY
The Manager Quality II is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Quality Management System on account(s) of higher complexity including adherence to company and industry standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and lead continuous improvement activities as needed.
Provide regular and proactive communication to customers and Ryder Management
Design, implement, monitor and maintain the Quality Management System including documentation and records based on internal and external standards/regulations.
Coordinate and lead continuous improvement activities using fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma as needed.
Support regulatory compliance and certification requirements.
Establish agenda and frequency, and lead of the regular Management Review meetings.
Perform all functions related to Quality Assurance for a start-up or expansion.
Engage the operations team and the customer to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Design, implement and monitor the system for the effective collection, analysis and presentation of non-conformity data.
Design the reports to review effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in implementing and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Management and Scope Management processes.
Identify location training needs for Quality Assurance topics, develop the training materials and deliver to identified employees.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree Business/Engineering/Supply Chain or a minimum 8 years related work experience.
EXPERIENCE
Nine (9) years or more experience Operations Management experience
Seven (7) years or more experience Quality Management/Process Improvement
Seven (7) years or more experience Process Mapping and Standard Operating Procedures documentation and project management experience preferred

The Poland data management team supports operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. Data Manager is responsible for driving the objectives of the department by supporting a team of Data Associates in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality improvement
• Identification of areas for data quality improvement and helping resolve data quality issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction as well as designing process control strategy
