The Finance Analyst FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role is a great opportunity for an aspiring Finance leader to be at the central of activities in guiding, setting and delivering OES Group financial objectives. The primary purpose of this role is to partner with senior managers, executives across Australia, UK and US and the broader Finance team in coordinating and delivering OES Group’s short term, medium term financial objectives, and monthly forecasting of financial performance and capital investments.
Reporting to an experienced Commercial Finance Manager the key responsibilities of the role would include:
· Coordinating and delivering the annual budget, medium term plan and monthly forecast for the OES Group’s financial performance and capital investment plan
· Implementing the agreed capital investment framework across the business
· Supporting broader stakeholders in formulating business cases
· Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in current processes
· Support the automation effort/system implementation for planning and reporting across Finance
· Undertaking financial modelling/analysis to support planning and forecasting decisions
· Building deeper commercial knowledge and capability through the business
· Supporting building a high performing, supportive and collaborative culture
This is a temp to permanent opportunity for the right individual, with an initial 6 month contract. This role will suit an experienced Finance Analyst who looks to broaden experience and career in a progressive team and supportive organisation.

The Commercial Finance Business Partner role is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support growth and delivery of efficiencies in our core Education Partnership business unit across Australia and the UK. The primary purpose of this role is to be the trusted commercial partner for business stakeholders and executive team members in delivering to our strategic partnerships’ objectives.
The role will encompass business partnering, financial modelling/analysis and working collaboratively with the broader business stakeholders and broader finance team on a number of initiatives. The acquired deep knowledge on commercial performance will also support the monthly forecast and annual business planning process.
This is a proactive, commercial and strategic focused role and your day to day will include:
· Working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Student Insights team in optimising decisions across the new student acquisition journey
· Undertaking financial modelling/analysis to support strategic decisions and new business opportunities (organic or M&A)
· Supporting broader stakeholders in formulating business cases
· Working with key stakeholders to create short and longer term financial forecasts for the Education Partnerships business unit which feed into the monthly forecast and annual business planning process
· Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in current processes
· Building deeper commercial knowledge and capability through the business
· Coaching and mentoring other junior members in the team and support building a high performing, supportive and collaborative culture
This role will report to an experienced Commercial Finance Manager and suit a senior Commercial Finance Business Partner/Junior Commercial Manager who looks for a breadth of commercial exposure with a view that they will take on people management over time.

About the role
We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Partner to join the team. This position will join our Finance team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
As the Commercial Finance Partner, it won’t come as a surprise that you’ll be responsible for all things finance. Primarily, you’ll partner with budget owners to optimise their spend to achieve Stile’s strategic objectives and provide the Board and the Executive team with timely and insightful reporting on the key drivers of the business.
