Job Description:
- Safely and timely drive the employer to work and back, and to occasions.
- Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer.
- Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts.
- Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
- Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, or materials required for meetings and events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the director's personal and professional matters.
- Report any serious mechanical problems to the related person.
- To ensure the vehicles are in good condition and perform preventative and regular routine maintenance, such as oil, tyre and brake checks before and after daily use of vehicles.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Prepared to handle emergency situations, such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns, by following established protocols and contacting relevant authorities.
- No moving or driving violations.
- Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s).
- Punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
Others
- Assist the relevant Department and/or the Management in other designated or non-routine tasks as at when assigned.
- To undertake any duties as required from time to time, including work outside normal office hours and participate in a “duty” rota.
- You will be expected to deal with emergencies.
