Job Description
• Assist in implementing the brand’s marketing campaigns and activities through social platforms, according to the brand’s direction to drive brand awareness and growth in Singapore.
• Develop communications materials that adhere to the brand’s guidelines.
• Prepare promotional materials in various formats and channels (app, website, eDM, social media, etc.)
• Manage communications of marketing activities in the retail stores.
• Identify and interpret social media trends and propose appropriate actions to increase level of engagement with customers.
• Research for new content ideas/ opportunities and monitor the efficiency of product/marketing strategies within the social media platforms statistic.
• Perform post-evaluation analysis, manage company's overall social media and ROI.
• Work closely with other business functions when executing campaigns and activities.
• Perform ad-hoc marketing projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma in marketing, mass communication, business administration or relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of experience as Marketing Assistant or similar role preferably in a retail industry
• A good team-player with strong communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and creative mindset;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Knowledge in different online and offline local media channels is a plus;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
