Job Responsibilities:
- HR system support (MyHR, HRcube) and HR data reporting
- Support HR data transition including maintaining employee p-files
- Support headcount and budget tracking
- Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows
- Onboarding (new hire information on payroll file, AON/AIA enrollment) and offboarding and letter preparation
- Support and participate in HR and engagement initiative
- Manage HR mailbox: verifying employment, forwarding to the right contact, cleaning up the mailbox, etc.
- Assist in temp. recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screening
Job Requirements:
- Minimum HR exposure / internship experiences
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Keen eye for detail
