Job Responsibilities

-Perform admin duties as assigned.

-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)

-Provide general administrative support to the department

-Maintain and upkeep of filing system for documents.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the operational effectiveness of the E-Learning system (Blackboard) and the Video streaming system (Echo 360) in line with the Institute’s business rules and processes
• Support Blended/ E-Learning projects for the Institute
• Support other E-Learning functions that will drive the Institute to be proficient with the available tools and technology

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Multimedia / Network / Instructional Design or relevant qualification
• Experience in managing IT School operation and E-Learning support for internal and external stakeholders, such as staff and students
• Experience in managing system administration of Blackboard, Echo360 or other LMS system
• Good knowledge of Windows Servers, network operations, PC troubleshooting, multimedia and video recording
