Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and drive cross-functional collaboration in joint purchases, review and process tender documents and ensure full compliance to procurement policies
• Carry our procurement transactions within the organisation's portal and ensure that bids and tenders are evaluated in a fair manner
• Identify potential opportunities and provide insights through the analysis of spend and supply markets

• Bachelors' degree and a minimum of eight years' relevant working experience. Prior experience in government or educational sector is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, possess excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior knowledge of SAP MM modules, hand-on experience in e-procurement systems and data analytic tools will be advantageous
