Amadeus Hospitality Business Intelligence (BI) is seeking a Service Reliability Engineer Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of Amadeus Hospitality BI products.
The Amadeus Hospitality BI products provide critical insights to our customers that assist them in increasing revenue and profitability. Ensuring access to the right data at the right time helps our customers accelerate revenue for long term growth.
With Amadeus’ Hotel Business Intelligence Solutions, customers unlock a complete, 360-degree view of rate, occupancy, and distribution trends with both forward-looking and historical data, as well as data from different competitive sets in their market.

Education
Pursuing degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Relevant work experience
Professional experience as a Reliability Engineer or similar position
Technical Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and release management. You must have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Monitoring tools. You should also have experience with application development in Java and Python.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for a team-oriented individual who is passionate about building and maintaining a positive team culture. You should be a strong communicator and collaborator who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do at Elekta:
Elekta is looking for a Service Sales intern to join our dynamic team!
The Service Sales intern role primarily be responsible for working directly with the Service Sales Directors to assist with streamlining sales activities and processes. The candidate will have the opportunity to be part of existing day to day sales operations processes, work directly with customers & sales as well as work with business intelligence teams to build new tools for territory management.
Responsibilities
Manage process to fulfill customer obsolescence entitlements to ensure value is being delivered to the customer in a timely fashion.
Create new process to automate annual contract renewal notification to minimize administrative burden for customers and Elekta front line sales.
Gain hands on experience in working in SalesForce.com, Oracle CPQ and other commercial tools utilized on a daily basis to manage pipeline activities.
Work with Business Intelligence team to develop necessary visualization tools to aid front line sales territory management.
Potential to engage directly with clients gain front line sales experience.
Maintain appropriate communications within and between various functional areas within the division.
Incorporate Elekta Values into all department functions and responsibilities.

Working toward or already has a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Ability to speak and present publicly.

Reviews the tax law, accounting and procedural aspects of assigned plans and returns including related proposals.
Typically, cases contain the most difficult tax and accounting problems and other features of special importance or impact such as those involving conflicting precedents, questionable tax practices or major tax fraud.
Thoroughly reviews the tax law, accounting and procedural aspects in reviewing correspondence cases and reviewing telephone calls. Determines the correctness of conclusions reached. Typically, cases contain the most difficult tax and accounting problems and other features of special importance or impact such as those involving conflicting precedents, questionable tax practices or major tax fraud.
Mastery of the knowledge of tax law, precedents, rulings and court decisions relating to exempt organizations and employee plans, and skill in applying tax laws in cases of great significance or in issues of considerable complexity, controversy or impact.
