JOB DESCRIPTION:
· working directly with our data and operation team in USA
· Responsible of business data entry
· Responsible for coordinating local and export operations, including liaising with forwarder agents, shipping liners, haulage, and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery.
· Preparing and managing pre-shipping and post-shipping documents.
· Responsible for all export shipment arrangements and shipping document preparation, such as bills of lading, invoices, shipping labels, LC documents to the bank, certificates of origin, insurance documents, etc.
· Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
· Ensuring compliance with all local and international shipping regulations.
· Resolving any shipping or logistics issues as they arise.
· Maintaining accurate records and reports related to shipping and logistics activities.
· Data mining, data analysis and dashboard reporting
· Continuously evaluating and improving shipping and logistics processes.
· Inside Sales Support, approach the customers for new sales inquiry.
· Performing all other duties, activities, and responsibilities assigned by the superior whenever necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Working experience of 3-5 years in logistics industry is preferable
· University degree with a good command of English and communication skills in English (understanding ,speaking and writing),
· Need to be rigorous, well organized and detail-oriented in the work, and able to work under pressure
· Open-minded and a fast learner
· good at mastering skills in computer software system
· Good at team work.

Job Description
This is an established international logistics and freight services company who are seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya. Candidates with a stable logistics work history in quoting and liaising with clients however with no previous ocean freight forwarding experience but enthusiastic to learn this side of business will be welcome to apply for this role.
This is a non-customer facing role with relationship to other offices and close contact with shipping lines.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and operate LCL and FCL shipments across national boundaries within Australia and the Far East region.
Daily duties:
*Receipt of all LCL (Less container load) and FCL(Full container load) bookings from clients and partner network..
*Prepare relevant shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Manifest, Customs documentation and Certificate of origin.
*Communicate with regular update of progress of shipments to clients.
*Close interaction with vendors and overseas networks.
Requirements
*Malaysian female preferred in age group 23-35.
*Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline (or Bachelor degree).
*A good 2-3 years of work experience in sea freight operations or logistic coordination role.
*Confident communicator,especially in English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
*Competent IT skills MS Office and internet applications.

This company is an established and respected international freight forwarder in Malaysia, providing total logistic and complete inter-modal transportation system with a vast network worldwide. Due to their ever increasing business volume, they are currently seeking to appoint capable candidates to assume the role of Export Freight Forwarding Administrator within their busy operations team. The position will be based at their business operations head office at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well established organization in international logistics industry. Previous experience in logistics or shipping industry will be ideally suitable although those without the relevant experience but with positive right work attitude will be duly considered.
Role & Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced role and applicant will need a high degree of accuracy and details and an ability to coordinate and multi-task.
The logistics professional functions as an interface between international and domestics service providers and the broader business.
The role will see you responsible for the execution of freight movements for exports ocean/sea freight shipments. As the Export Freight Administrator, you will be responsible for end to end export coordination to include handling export inquiries, confirming information with your clients and service providers, preparing/lodging all export documentation, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in Cargowise (system) and raising relevant invoices (charges). Your lines of duties will include collating export document, bookings with shipping lines, organizing movement of cargo, client invoicing, etc. The role will encompass the following responsibilities:
*Manage the necessary documentation for the efficient and legal execution of import and export activities.
*Consolidation preparation.
*Update in the computer systems with manifesting data in accordance with shipper's instructions
*Input data into the EDI management system.
*Check and verify Bill of Lading/invoice print.
*Resolve cargo reporting discrepancies with Customs department.
*Collaborating with the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies with Operations invoicing matters.
*Maintenance of cargo security and appropriate records.
*Provide documentation,reporting and quotations to customers.
*Play a key role in customer implementation,development and retention,actively managing own customer accounts,providing quality customer service.
*Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with customers to support development of new and additional business streams.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for applicants who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven person (Malaysian female) to apply for this role.
Candidates with the following qualification and experience will be considered:
-Tertiary qualifications (Degree or Diploma level) in Logistics, International Freight Forwarding or relevant disciplines; or equivalent commercial experience .
-Minimum 3 years' industry experience in Freight forwarding /Supply Chain & Logistics;those without the logistics experience but with the right work attitude and genuine passion and interest will be duly considered.
-Strong communication skills,both verbal and written English.
-Intermediate level skills with MS Office suite and electronic systems such as Cargowise-EDI.
-Proven track record related to customer service role in previous employment will be advantageous.
