Job Responsibilities:
- Propose and prepare project design based on space efficient.
- Prepare 2D, 3D layout and detailed drawings for nationwide project.
- Prepare and/or review accuracy of Bill of Quantity (BQ) document provided by contractors/vendors. Conduct site inspection pre and post renovation for measurements, review renovation work against proposed layout and design, look for areas of improvement in terms of design and layout for future locations.
- Manages and supports branch development and maintenance activities for nationwide branches.
- Negotiate with suppliers/contractors vendors on the cost and purchase of items, services, works and repairs as needed.
- Manages on overall delivery of items purchased and to monitor/oversee repair and maintenance works done as needed until completion.
- To assist branch to resolve any maintenance/repair issues in a timely manner. This includes obtaining quotations, sourcing vendors, raising workflow approvals, and follow-up on issue until it is resolved and processing of invoices for work done.
- Responsible on conducting post renovation checks for defects, check renovations works is in accordance to BQ and complete inspection checklist of findings.
- Assist to prepare the necessary documentation for internal for any relocation and expansion project.
- To be flexible in undertaking any other special task, projects or assignment that may be assigned to you accordingly by management.
- Responsible to maintain Fixed Asset Listing for Regional Support Department as well as Regional Offices, Branches.
- To assist with compiling, checking of accuracy of invoices and completeness of supporting documents from Regional Support Department as well as Regional Offices, Branches before submission to Finance for payment.
- To assist with filing of all opening/relocation/expansion/ refurbishment projects for audit purposes.
- To ensure new joiners are provided with the necessary system access, PC's and etc.
- Manage in Ordering of office supplies and monitor inventory for Regional Support Department, all regions and branches.
- Assist in necessary report completions for the department.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Property Maintenance/Construction or relevant work experience
- Exposure to current design trends preferably in banking/insurance, retail or commercial designs is an added advantage
- Able to perform task given under minimum supervision
