Main Duties & Responsibilities：

• To be responsible for Recruitment
• To be responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
• To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
• To Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
• To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
• Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
• Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports.
• Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
• Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

Job Requirements:

• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
• Ability to protect company information and interests at all times.

Job Title: HR &Administrator Executive

Job Summary:

The HR &Account Administrator Executive is responsible both the Human Resources (HR)and

administrative functions within an organization.This position requires a versatile individual who can   handle a wide range of tasks related to HR operations,administrative duties,and office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills,attention to detail,and the ability to

multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Human Resources Administration:

• Assist in the recruitment process,including job postings,screening resumes,scheduling interviews,and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities,including paperwork completion,orientation sessions,and provision of necessary resources.
• Maintain employee records and databases,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR-related activities such as performance evaluations,training programs,and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies,benefits,and procedures.

2) Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the office,including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings,and organizing travel arrangements.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist in preparing reports,presentations,and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming calls and emails,redirecting inquiries as appropriate and ensuring timely responses.
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs,liaising with external vendors as required.

3) Records Management:

• Manage filing systems and electronic databases to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information,including employee records and financial data.
• Assist in recordkeeping for compliance purposes,such as maintaining records of training, certifications,and licenses.

4) Office Management:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations,ensuring a clean,organized,and conducive work environment.
• Monitor and  replenish office supplies,equipment,and amenities to  meet the  needs of staff members.
• Coordinate  logistics  for   meetings,events,and  conferences,including  room  bookings,catering arrangements,and  audiovisual  setup.
• Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to promote a productive and safe workplace.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred,fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws and HR practices.
