Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time.
• Coordinating and planning with the internal warehouse team on the warehouse storage before and during the deliveries. 
• Responsible for all the outgoing deliveries reports, ensuring that vehicles delivering to sites have the correct paperwork. 

Requirements: 

• Knowledge in  SQL system is preferable
• Ability to work independently and as part of team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to ensure collective duties & responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Responsible for coordinating with Logistics team in Singapore for purchasing direct material.
• Process purchase orders and handle order placement to meet production demand.
• Coordinate with Logistics team in Singapore on finished goods for overseas shipments.
• Responsible for raw materials position to adhere to target inventory policy.
• Liaise with Custom/Exim Department on shipment issues.
• Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated.
• Work closely with production on exception materials.
• Prepare and submit custom documentation.
• Perform quarterly monitoring of local purchase items through price review and evaluate supplier performance.
