Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure aligned and market relevant T&C between all channels considering customer cluster/subcluster.
- Portfolio: customer segmentation & definition of Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group
- Define/Review Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group for 12 months, track/adapt after 6 months Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group's performance.
- Prepare target planning and forecasting.
- Potential: Define the potential of attraction of new customers
- Sales competency requirements (Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB), supervisor) and manual "How to work with customers?“
- Calculate & ensure EBIT of the channel.
- Control sales process
- Get promo activities and promo calendar from marketing.
- Collect information on new launched products, Define focus products.
- Target setting per agent & customer [TGS]
- Ensure to have Partner Type 05 maintained.
- Define & align Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) targets with Business Operations (BOP).
- Check global sales process & confirm/adjust/provide comments.
- Sales data integrated planning and ordering system (IPOS) & Sales Price (SPs) system exchange preparation.
- Ensure the customer development report is analyzed and all action are taken.
- Based on the report provided by with Business Operations (BOP) prepare customer mix for next year and align with channel management and Cost Break Down (CBD)
