KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle full set of accounts, including billing, payment processing and month end closing.
• To prepare accurate and up-to-date management accounts for management review, analysis and evaluation.
• To compile and maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documents in accordance to the Group Policies & Procedures and Statutory Requirement.
• To liaise with third party such as suppliers, customers, legal advisor, external auditors and tax agents.
• To perform any other ad-hoc assignment given by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years working experience in the related field
• Possess at least Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
• Able to work independently
• Dedicated, meticulous and deadline driven
• Preferable mandarin speaking candidates as need to deal with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and agreements such as service agreement, collaboration or MOU and other related corporate agreement with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory and internal corporate policies. 
• Able to liaise with external lawyer of the ongoing legal proceedings such as negotiating settlements, defending against claims, pursuing claims on behalf of the company and contractual negotiation and provide necessary update to the company. 
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
• Manage litigation risk and update legal development affecting the company. 
• Liaise, manage and monitor external solicitors' performance including compilation of solicitors' monthly report for circulation to management and/or reporting to the respective committee or Board of Directors as the case maybe.  
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.

• Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Workshop Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Supervise and lead a skilled team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, competent, and supported in their work.
• Ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is done in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise workshop records, including job cards, timesheets, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs for all completed work.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all parts and materials are available when needed, and that they are stored and handled correctly.

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the budget for the workshop, including monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
