Product Manager - Your future position?

Location: Marsiling

As product manager, you will identify the right product/features to build in order to maximise the business value of her/his product. Anticipate usages evolutions and maintain a close relationship with stakeholders (including existing and potential users) for their products, and provide transparency about her/his product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision & roadmap
• Manage, Refine and prioritize the product backlog on the long run
• Contribute to value case definition, product team orchestration and change management to users and stakeholders

Strategy - Contribution to IT Master Plan

• Interact with direct manager and architects to translate Business capabilities, IT Master Plan, platform roadmap to define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business.
• Ensure product roadmap alignment with business/IM&T strategy & priorities

Project Delivery

• Identify existing and potential Business stakeholders and ensures Business Mobilization on projects impacting his/her product
• Contribute to the scoping exercise by collecting requirements, proposing best on-market / technology trends and assessing impacts on his/her product and roadmap.
• Challenge requirements to make sure the validated priorities will maximise the value of the product
• Drives/Contributes to the definition and scoring of value case with the expected benefits (+ KPI & key success factors) for projects impacting her/his product, ensure the business validation
• Collaborate with necessary Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (Platform Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Change Lead, QC Lead, Designers, Data Scientists …) to provide ranged estimate, assess feasibility - timeline - complexity - level of confidence - risk - resource needs for the identified scenarios
• Lead use case definition and solution scenario definition and selection
• Define the best project setup for her/his product team (resource need)
• Contribute to retrospectives and demos on her/his product
• Contribute to the change management on her/his product during innovation phases (experimentation and pre-scaling) or after deployment to Production, including handover to Domain/Platform or to operations and support team

Permanent Activities (out of projects)

• Manage product backlog creating, organizing and prioritizing items and mapping out the dependencies with on-going or future projects
• Coordinate with the Platforms and Application Services on the prioritization of regional business demands; evaluates regional demands, when it is a live product
• Ensure transparency and communication of the Product vision, backlog and roadmap to the product team, business stakeholders & users
• Continuously search for valuable product evolutions, through animation of Product user group Network or interaction with Architects, or pro-active explorations based on market / technology trends
• Define, Measure and Share Product benefits & adoption KPIs to contribute to change management
• Contribute to continuous change management, managed by the Change Lead
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of live products and the organisation, managed by the CI Lead
• Provide feedback to direct managers on Product team, when relevant
• Model and map business processes related his business user group
• Contribute to building Release Plan
• Accountable for product documentation creation and maintenance

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and/or business school or equivalent

Professional Experience

• 2+ years working in IT environment
• Minimum 2 to 5 years in Business Process Design / Modelling
• Experience in agile environment is a plus
• Experience in workshop animation (design sprints, design thinking, creative problem solving) is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong Business Analysis Skills
• Negotiation & Communication Skills
• Tech-savvy: Curious and interested about Digital and Information Technologies
• Knowledgeable about Design Thinking, Design Sprints and UX design is a plus
• Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of Givaudan and the industry
• Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus

Finance Manager – Your future position?

As a Finance Manager you will lead a local finance team, report directly to Regional Finance Director, Southeast Asia & Oceania. You will actively support the business controlling network by supplying local information when required and provide business support to the local business leaders to ensure efficiency and compliance.

In this role you will:

• Responsible for preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as Givaudan accounting and reporting policies and procedures.
• Manage annual budget process for the sites.
• Provide interpretive and predictive financial information and make recommendations for the business partners to make sound business decisions.
• Manage tax accounting and tax return preparation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
• Support tax planning and compliance, in line with applicable tax laws, regulations and commitments entered with Tax Authorities.
• Establish relationships with business leadership team and define practices and strategies to add value and maintain cost effectiveness.
• Analyze expenses by responsibilities and regularly meet with functional and cost center managers in order to ensure full transparency on costs.
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
• Other ad-hoc support for Treasury, HR, Compliance, Trade Affairs etc when required.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional accountancy qualification
• Over 10 years of Finance related work experience in multi-national company
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Advanced Excel
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate governance practices and procedures
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a strong business sense
• Good analytical and excellent communication skills with different levels within the organization
