You will be advising entrepreneurs and private companies on the whole spectrum of tax issues - this includes start-ups and new investments, buy-outs, EIS, employee incentives, profit extraction and executive remuneration; re-sale tax planning, company sales and acquisitions, personal tax issues for shareholders; succession issues and company reorganisations. You will also have the opportunity to provide consultancy services to other professionals, such as law firms and accountants.


What you'll need to succeed
The Firm is looking for at least 3 years post qualified experience, ideally within a National Firm. Strong communication skills and happy to work remotely with the close support and network of a team.
