Responsibilities: 

• Perform full sets of Accounts using the Autocount Accounting software.
• Generate monthly financial statements
• Prepare monthly collection report and other reports as assigned (with MS Excel) 
• Monitor Debtors Aging Report on collection and inform Sales personnel to collect outstanding balances.
• Prepare outstanding debtor reports for management review
• Compile customer credit application forms and documents for approval
• Compile filing & safekeeping of credit control documents and records
• To generate invoices and maintaining a proper filling system on admin 
• To perform any other related duties or ac-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.
• To work closely with all other departments within the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy 
• With min 1 year working experience in accounts and preferably in full set account. 
• Computer literate
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• Possess good working attitude, independent at work and with strong interpersonal skills

• 負責準備決議案、週年申報表、會議紀錄及其他公司秘書文件。
• 協助協調和安排向 Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) 提交文件，包括 MyCOID 提交。
• 與會計部門（即客戶、會計、審計、稅務、律師、銀行等）、馬來西亞公司委員會和其他相關監管機構聯絡。
• 履行管理層指示的任何其他職責。

要求：

• 候選人必須擁有 ICSA / MIA 資格/文憑/企業管理/法律/秘書實務/工商管理學位或同等學歷。
• 至少一 (1) 年相關工作經驗將是一個優勢。
• 優秀的馬來語和英語口語和書面語。普通話是一個額外的優勢。
• 熟悉並精通《2016 年公司法》、SSM 和其他相關法律法規要求將是一個優勢。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境下承受工作壓力，同時處理多項任務，有責任心，吃苦耐勞。致力於工作和截止日期。
• 能夠獨立管理客戶組合。
• 可靠，具有強烈的誠信意識。
• 具有高度的奉獻精神和良好的人際交往能力。
• 履行管理層指示的任何其他職責，應屆畢業生
• 沒有工作經驗，但對從事該行業有濃厚的興趣
