Requirements

• At least 2 years of related work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in recruitment agency.
• Candidate with IT/Tech recruitment experience or specialised in contract placement has added advantage.

Position Overview:
As a Care & Advocacy Specialist, the individual will be responsible for case-managing NeuGen families. The primary role will involve assessing the needs of NeuGen beneficiaries, which may include individuals, families, and children, and determining the necessary services to address those needs. They will develop and implement care plans accordingly. Additionally, the Care & Advocacy Specialist may be tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of the care plan and the provided services, ensuring the best possible support for beneficiaries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct case intake, assess clients' needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
2. Offer support and resources to clients, establish strong working relationships with support networks, government agencies, and community resources.
3. Gather and review clients' documents.
4. Inform clients about and refer them to internal programs and services under NeuGen or other relevant agencies for assistance.
5. Monitor and support families in enhancing their resources and coping abilities in dealing with challenges.
6. Participate in case discussions with external agencies.
7. Attend case conferences, providing updates on cases to the Manager of Programmes and Services, Deputy Director, and Executive Director.
8. Carry out regular home visits, phone calls, and messaging with clients.
9. Document case notes accurately and efficiently.
10. Perform any additional duties assigned by superiors to fulfil organizational needs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or other related fields.
2. Strong interpersonal communication abilities with individuals and systems at multi-levels
3. Enjoys working on a range of tasks and responsibilities related to direct work and service planning

About The Job

As part of the Integrated Comms & Marketing team, you will delight, excite and expand our digital community to build our new Stackedstore brand. Besides helming end-to-end social media to website content curation, you are the voice of Stackedstore to our audience segments, providing clear, consistent, and timely content, messaging and responses to shape audience sentiments, including connecting interdepartmental collaboration to address and mitigate issues.

You should be a strong communicator, written and verbal, preferably with prior experience in a similar capacity and/or in creating compelling content and stories on social media to enthuse the community. Prior creative production experience, including agency collaboration, developing concise campaign briefs and a keen creative judgement and passion for the latest digital marketing and community growth trends are highly desired.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Community Management

• Develop and manage the social media editorial calendar, as well as execute strategies on Stackedstore social media and website, alongside the Stackedstore Team

• Drive community engagement through community/ambassador network for example instagram and tiktok stories

• Execute and Create growth marketing campaigns, together with the team.

• Create, curate and develop compelling social media stories aligned to overall content strategy, tailored to Stackedstore channels and audience segments, mapped to our integrated marketing calendar.

• Work with Businesses and temp staff to co-create campaigns, digital content, Newsletter as well as edit and proofread posts to ensure alignment with our brand and social guidelines.

• Analyse and optimise audience engagement metrics through monthly reporting, as well as scan the competitive landscape and external trends for new ideas and tools for adoption

Website & SEO Support

• Support Stacked Store website content management and publishing needs to optimise user experience and interface.

• Grab images and videos to support the Website experience.

Event & Other Support

• Organise and support Stackedstore pop-ups and events as well as visits by renowned architects and interior designers.

• Perform team-related duties and responsibilities as well as support pop-up events, as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity and/or managing end-to-end social media and digital content creation, publishing to reporting work.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Instagram Ads,TikTok and and keeps abreast of audience insights, social media trends and best practices.

• Able to multi-task and work in an agile, evolving environment.

• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business, Illustrator, is a plus.

JOB SCOPE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute as a team player in a multidisciplinary team in employment planning, placement and support services for client with acquired physical disabilities to return to employment.

2. Provide job coaching including pre-employment preparation, on-the-job training and facilitation of a support network for clients through regular goal setting and review.

3. Conduct vocational assessment and exploration, job search, advocate for clients, engage with and educate potential employers on internship and employment issues for clients.

4. Secure training courses, open employment and apprenticeship opportunities/ job trials for clients. Tap on relevant schemes and subsidies for persons with disabilities that may facilitate their return to work process.

5. Co-ordinate job placement process, including work place assessment, employment negotiation and job task analysis. Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, including allied health and medical professionals where necessary

6. Plan and facilitate groups to support client’s goal in returning to work.

7. Plan, organise and lead client’s care in the programme as a Case Manager on a rotational

basis.

8. Maintain up-to-date documentation of interventions and client information including assessment, job placement and job support records.

9. Engage in self-learning and professional development activities to stay updated on the best practices in the provision of employment support services. To equip oneself with knowledge of local laws and policies related to return to work and employability.

10. Organise and participate in outreach activities with stakeholders to engage them in training and employment of persons with disabilities.

11. Responsible for data tracking and analysis to measure the team performances based on programme’s milestones and outcome indicators as well as providing progress reports to management.

12. Work closely with Employment Support Programme (ESP) in SPD to maximise resources and outcomes for clients.

13. Any other duties as assigned by the Programme Head as and when necessary.

B. JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

1. Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, human resource management or related disciplines. A plus if candidate has an Advanced Certificate in Supported Employment (ACSE).

2. At least 2 years' of experience in relationship management, customer service, career coaching or vocational counseling will be an advantage.

3. Proficient in computer skills.

4. Appreciation of the healthcare landscape in Singapore and exposure/ interest in working with persons with disabilities.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills & Experience:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology or Science
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possess minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, specialising in medical devices, or experience in the IVD / Blood Banking / Blood Therapy
• Able to travel overseas
• Must be comfortable in supporting cases in Operating Theatres

Responsible for the management & optimization of our e-commerce/shopify websites. He/She must be able to conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights, to then work with various teams to implement and increase both revenue & profitability of the shopify websites.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and directly manage all e-commerce/shopify websites and its online activity in order to generate sales and acquire traffic. This includes but not limited to, daily maintenance, campaign execution, and price updates.
• Prepare and create product listings on the Shopify platform. Ensure functionality on a daily basis by doing website checks.
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy which may include, content marketing, email marketing campaigns, management of subscriber lists etc.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on key e-commerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc.) including forecasting, profit/loss, and useful market insights to the leadership team.
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders to plan and optimize our existing e-commerce brands exposure, quality and performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between our company and the external agency tasked with developing our e-commerce portals. Ensure that project timelines, budget constraints and quality standards are met.
• Analyze past campaigns in order to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest E-commerce trends/marketing strategies and execution in order to increase online sales

Requirements:

• Degree In Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in E-Commerce with at least 1-2 years of experience handling Shopify
• Experience with email marketing strategies and tools, would be an added advantage
• Familiarity with Shopify platform, E-commerce usability and its framework
